• Coordinating electrical installation for the addition and renovation for a new four story, 300,000 square foot headquarters facility for Central Mutual Insurance. 

Areas of special interest on this project include

• The installation of two 2500KVA unit sub stations and a completely new distribution system.
• The installation of an elaborate lighting system complete with full building dimming and low voltage controls.
• The installation of all special systems including a voice evacuation fire alarm system, a sound and paging system, and a security system.
• The installation of a Walker-duct (under floor) raceway system for the entire first floor.
